Overall Character: Spices, Oak, caramel and vanilla.

| Nose: Spices, Oak, caramel and vanilla. Pretty basic bourbon profile, but a solid one.

| Palate: Very bland. I was not expecting that. The nose delivered a better package. However, it’s more of the same. Solid all-around standard bourbon. Spices, oak, caramel and vanilla.

| Finish: Short-medium finish of mild honey with the oak and mild citrus peel.

| Overall: Odd bottling it at 43% ABV. I personally feel it’s still a bit diluted. Would like to try it at 50%, or at least 45. Cask strength would of course be nice, too.
