Overall Character: Cherries, caramel and baking spices

| Nose: Cherry, bread pudding, caramel and baking spices.

| Palate: Cherry tart, tangy pineapple and other lovely fruits, with some baking spices, caramel and oak.

| Finish: Nice long finish of honey, charred oak and cinnamon.

| Overall: A great Willett bourbon everyone forgets about, nor talks much of. It doesn’t shout out it’s high abv either (i.e. no “Cask Strength” label, etc.)
