Overall Character: Lemongrass, Caramel, and mild chlorine.

| Nose: Lemongrass, tapioca pudding, butterscotch and mild chlorine.

| Palate: More lemongrass and caramel, and even mild chlorine, along with pepper, orange peel and nutmeg.

| Finish: Medium finish of nuts and mild oak, with trailing lemon peel.

| Overall: Nice and balanced, and smoother than the 50% abv suggests. However, next to the Noah’s Mill, it’s sadly lacking, in my opinion. Perhaps if I tried it alone, it’d have a higher score.
